John enters 2003 as one of the top backup options. In 2002, John was only officially in one match, a 2nd doubles forfeit win with partner Bill Weslosky. However, in 2003, John has already been used as a 3rd singles fill-in, and a back-up doubles player. With a very unusual style, John is one of the true wonders of the Johnson Tennis squad. Won a ring with the 2002 state champion football team in the fall.
